GRA2123 - Packaging Design

Prerequisites: GRA 2100
An introduction to the basic procedures involved in preparing packaging design, promotional items, and point-of-sale displays. Students will conduct research into the history of packaging along with the societal and ecological impacts of various aspects of packaging such as consumer safety, environmental impact, transportation costs, no-glue packaging designs, etc. Students will work with physical materials to construct three-dimensional packaging solutions.
