CIS2381 - Foundations of Digital Forensics

Prerequisites: CET 2180   
This course teaches forensic concepts and techniques related to information security and will provide an introduction to the field of digital forensics. Topics include the application of traditional forensic science principles and practices to obtain electronically stored evidence. The student will learn how to obtain and analyze digital information for possible use as evidence in civil, criminal or administrative cases.
