MAN4402 - Employment Law and Regulations Credits: 3 Prerequisites: MAN 4301 and BUL 3130 This course addresses the legal issues for the stages of the employment process, from hiring to termination. Federal and state regulation of the employment relationship is explored, including wage and hour laws, the recruitment, hiring, promotion and termination of employees. In addition, students will learn about managing a diverse workforce, including EEO and affirmative action programs.
