This course is designed to prepare students for surgical procedures including the review of surgical anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology and relevant equipment, supplies and techniques regarding cardiothoracic surgery, endoscopic surgery, general surgery, genitourinary surgery, neurological surgery, obstetrics/gynecological surgery, ophthalmic surgery, oral/maxillofacial surgery, otorhinolaryngological surgery (ear, nose and throat), orthopedic surgery, peripheral vascular surgery, plastic surgery and diagnostic procedures.
