PLA2201 - Litigation Procedures

Prerequisites: OST 1100  and OST 2335  and PLA 1003  and PLA 1104  
This course covers the federal and Florida rules of civil procedures. It also includes preparation of pleadings, motions and discovery documents. Students are strongly encouraged to complete OST 1100  and OST 2335  prior to taking this course.
