NUR1052C - Clinical Concepts I Credits: 4 Corequisites: NUR 1021C and NUR 1142 This course utilizes conceptual learning which includes the application of facts and principles necessary for effective clinical decision-making in health care settings. Emphasis is placed on the acquisition of knowledge, clinical skills and professional attitude for health promotion and disease prevention in clients across the lifespan. Concepts introduced include oxygenation, perfusion, tissue integrity and beginning medication administration.
