HUN1201 - Human Nutrition Credits: 3 Corequisites: ENC 1101 Students will study the basic principles of nutrition and develop skills in applying the recommended dietary allowances to all age groups. The course emphasizes food nutrients, impact of diet on disease and healthy lifestyles across the life cycle.
