ANS1400 - Principles of Food Animal Nutrition

Studies the basic nutrient requirements of food animals, primarily beef cattle, small animal ruminant and poultry at specific stages of growth, production and reproduction. Also focuses on the functions, interrelationships, and processes of efficient utilization, feedstuff composition and their use in diet and ration formulation.
