This certificate provides students with a foundation in cybersecurity. Students will learn and demonstrate proficiency in programming, database design, network structure and cyber security.
The courses in this certificate program are also part of the Associate in Science degree in Computer Information Technology. After receiving their certificate, students are encouraged to continue their education by completing the courses in the A.S. degree.
Throughout the program, students will have the opportunity to earn industry-recognized certifications in CompTIA A+, CompTIA Cloud+, CompTIA Network+, and CompTIA Security+.
