MUS1360 - Introduction to Music Technology

Credits: 4
This course is aimed at teaching the basics of music-specific technology and its application to a career in the music field. The course is designed to lay the foundation for a wide variety of topics and applications including use of music notation software, MIDI control and creation, sound recording and construction of digital audio workstations. Computer hardware and sound equipment will be analyzed and dissected.
