MUN1021 - Electronic Music Ensemble

This class is open to everyone. This course is designed to teach the fundamentals of music through performance on iPads. Students will deconstruct popular pieces of music from all genres to study the components that make them unique. Components such as time signature, key signatures, variety of instruments, rhythm, and pitch will be explored. Students will recreate the pieces of music through various apps on the iPad. iPads will be available to students to use during classes. MUN1021 allows non-musicians the opportunity to create and perform music.
