The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), reauthorized in 2022, creates and supports cost-effective responses to domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault and stalking. To learn more about VAWA, visit https://www.hud.gov/vawa#close.
Together, these three laws guide the college’s efforts to respond to reports of sexual harassment and provide ongoing education and prevention programming.
