Student Financial Aid

The primary purpose of financial aid is to provide assistance to students who have a demonstrated financial need as determined by an approved need-analysis system, or who show academic or special talent. Aid offers may come from any combination of grants, scholarships, loans or part-time employment. The financial aid offered to a student may be from federal, state, institutional or local funds. Students interested in applying for financial assistance should complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid online at studentaid.gov.

Priority Dates. To be given full consideration for all aid programs, FAFSAs should be completed online by Jan. 1 and supporting documentation submitted prior to July 15 for the academic year that begins in the fall semester. If the student  financial aid file is not complete by July 15, the student will be considered to be in a late applicant pool and should be prepared to pay all tuition and fees until an aid determination is made.

Student consumer information and other institutional aid applications are available in the Office of Financial Aid and the Enrollment Services Center at any of our campuses or centers. Questions concerning financial aid and scholarships should be addressed to the Office of Financial Aid.
